Shipping and Delivery:
1. After your order is processed, it can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship out.
2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation as well as tracking number which will tell you how long it will take for your package to arrive.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with a Flex Sporting purchase for any reason, please use the Contact Us page to receive a label from us along with instructions on how to return your product.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
4. Item was worn/used , and/or tags were removed from product.
Washing Procedure for Active Wear:
- We recommend using a washing machine and using either normal or cold water for the cycle.
- Never use HOT water to wash your Active Wear as it may ruin the material
- For best results we recommend air drying your compression active wear as the heat from a dryer can ruin the fibers in the material
Bulk Orders:
For bulk orders, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with us for quotes on larger orders.
Please note that the minimum quantity for a bulk order is 50 units.
